Terms & Conditions...

1. All private consultations booked are to be paid for in full at the end of the consultation.

2. All corporate consultations/workshops/presentations are to be paid for within 28 days of the consultation/workshop/presentation.

3. Refunds will not be given for any consultation/workshop/presentation.

4. On return of the goods, a full-refund will be given if any jewellery, cosmetics or swatches purchased turn out to be faulty.

5. All wardrobe detoxes are to be paid for in full at the end of the agreed session.

6. All personal shopping trips are to be paid for in full at the end of the shopping trip. If you do not find the required item(s) on a personal shopping trip, the full hourly rate still applies, and must be paid in full. However, a second trip will be offered at a discounted rate.

7. First Impressions by Rachel accepts no responsibility if advice given during consultations does not provide clients with the lifestyle changes they were hoping to achieve.

8. First Impressions by Rachel accepts no responsibility for contracts entered into with other companies or individuals, even if that company or individual was recommended to clients.

9. Gift vouchers are valid for a three-month period only, from the date on the voucher. Unless stated otherwise, gift vouchers can only be redeemed against consultations or products. Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
